I suppose the developer could put one in but I doubt it due to cost. No way to make money off a pool

Apparently the federal government is trying to take control of parks and land that they have leased/given to DC. This article is about the golf course in Rock Creek but there is also a plan to give Carter Barron to Mark Ein (RFK developer) to redevelop Carter Barron tennis courts. Other parks, such as Anacostia, are also at risk.
