Have 1-2 other structural engineers draw up their own reports. We got 3 reports done and each was very different from the other. Gave us a full picture. Also helical spheres tend to be over recommended around here. I wouldn’t assume you need them until you have multiple PEs affirming that.
Did you really just recommend they hire three different P.E.s? They aren't cheap.

I'd recommend calling 58 Foundations and let them work with the recommendations of your independent engineer and explain how it's done.
