OP I buy Boden etc for my kids and I totally agree. Yes it's childish but it's all cotton, colors and patterns that bring joy, and honestly it kind of "fits" and is not weird cuts and shapeless boxy or cropped or whatever nonsense that has to be "styled."

There were a few online retailers I liked in my 20s that did this for adults - and I was younger and could pull it off - plus they weren't $$$ like the Anthro link. Sadly those old sites have gone out of business.

This one is actually cute AND socially acceptable.

You can also check Free People and Urban Outfitters for the style, but not sure if you’ll find 100% cotton.

Sundry has kind of the adult version of these types of sweats and lounge pants. I don't love the selection right now, but I'd check back because they often release new styles.

I often say I wish I could wear my daughter’s clothes!

I know! DD has a classic dress from Mini Boden that I love (and can just fit into!). It's a tiny flower print on a classic puff-sleeve with smocking.

It's a little more acceptable to have style crossovers in East Asia between children's and women's styles, but if you tell others in the West that you like little girls' clothes as a adult woman, people assume you have Daddy issues or something.

I think I just love old styles of dress, and classic children's clothing reflects that.

Boden related although different issue. Their cute animal print shirts and awesome star shorts stopped fitting my kid when she was 8 or 9. We both loved them but they didn’t come in larger sizes and she was a normal size kid. So frustrating .

And to the PP you hush, if OP finds joy in clothing like they let her have her joy. At least there are no animal skins or fur involved.

If you are an adult, do not wear stuff like this!

I guess I am juvenile, but I often look for clothes and get drawn to items… only to find they are children’s items. Something like this
https://us.boden.com/products/girls-bobbie-applique-sweatpants-bluejay-hearts-g5525blu?variant=48192049742076&tc_ch=ps&tc_ve=goog&tc_so=pmax&tc_me=cr&tc_ca=ss-drop-offer&tc_au=&tc_cr=na&tc_campid=US+-+Performance+Max+-+Priority+-+Active&tc_adgroupid=&tc_kwid=&tc_matchid=&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21662116701&gclid=CjwKCAiAl-_JBhBjEiwAn3rN7cDPHdrCVFKQAhwG191T74YwSVCPgfj5l3NluSmGiXOVU95LdizytRoCvHEQAvD_BwE

It’s cute and comfy and also 100% cotton, but it doesn’t come in larger sizes. Where else should I look if I like styles like this? All the women’s wear now seem to have synthetics, which irritate my skin. Is there a go-to brand for someone like me? I’m 5’1”
