Wasn’t that on April Key’s watch or partially on her watch? Somehow she still has a job with MCPS.
Which must mean, shockingly, that Connally was somehow worse than April Key.
Not a chance. Nobody could be worse than April Key.
+1. Perhaps she is doing better in her new position than she was in her HR position?

Or perhaps Connally pushed back at Taylor on something and found herself on the losing side of that discussion.
Perhaps. Taylor is diabolically vengeful and calculating. It's just surprising he did this to Connally since he lured her here.

Not a chance. Nobody could be worse than April Key. She probably left because she quickly saw what a dysfunctional and horrible place MCPS is. People at that level have options and don't need to stick around dealing with BS.
Connally did NOT leave. She was asked to leave.
Why? And how do you know?
Cause I'm on the inside.

Six months after assuming the role, the chief talent management officer for Montgomery County Public Schools is no longer employed by the district, according to an MCPS spokesperson.
In a statement sent Thursday to Bethesda Today, MCPS spokesperson Liliana Lopez said Kaylan Connally is “no longer with MCPS.”
The district is working on a transition plan for the role, she said. MCPS Chief of Staff Essie McGuire and Chief Legal Officer Robyn Seabrook are “supporting the transition and ensuring continuity” in the interim, she said.
When asked if Connally’s employment was terminated or if she quit, Lopez responded she could only confirm Connally was no longer with MCPS. Other details concerning her employment were considered personnel information, Lopez said.
