I find most job descriptions are a wish list, ideally they want those skills.
Have you talked with the hiring manager? I’d want to know what the plan is for training me and where they expect me to be performance wise at 3 and 6 months. Personally I’d say go for it. It’s going to be uncomfortable, but that isn’t a bad thing.
