Subject: Zoolights
We went many years ago and enjoyed it, but it wasn’t amazing. We went this year and thought it was pretty cool… they’ve added lots of 3D lantern style animals that are really neat. And while not free, it’s not too expensive compared to a lot of Christmas activities around here (ICE, Nutcracker, etc).

We went many years ago, it was kinda of a nice meeting with another family evening event. I would say worth it.
If you are a member ($74 basic), you get free parking, and 15% off food etc..otherwise,
parking at the Smithsonian's National Zoo costs
$30 if you buy in advance (at least one day before) and $40 if purchased on the day of your visit,

Has anyone been to Zoolights this year? Worth it? $9/person and $30 for parking though I know I can park on street.
