I am admittedly an Old Person, but what about Quince? They have affordable price points for fairly nice things that seem to fall somewhere between classic and moderately fashionable without being super trendy. Get them gift cards and let them pick the items themselves.

Macys has nice cashmere turtlenecks but agree cash better.

Please share with me links to nice sweaters for young ladies in their 20-25. I have to buy something for my nieces, and I am at loss what they would wear. One is in college, and another works in investment banking. Both prefer classy looks, but I have seen them wearing more relax styles, like Free People, Aritzia, Lulu, etc. Thank you.
