that's helpful - thanks. I need something a little more mobile I think. also good to know it's not great for exercise but it is for circulation. I wonder if there are some that have levels of tension that can be adjusted. Or maybe this one does...?
It definitely can be adjusted, and I think you get some level of exercise from it. But you're just not really going to get your heart rate up with something where you're sitting and just moving the lower parts of your legs. I'm sure it's better for your heart than just sitting and doing nothing, but it's not like riding an exercise bicycle or doing a real elliptical.
