I recall reading somewhere that rhinoplasty is one of those surgeries that has the most revisions. The best cosmetic work is the kind that tweaks, in my opinion. I think this is especially true with nose jobs because the nose is such a key feature of the face. And the most perfect nose for one person will not be the best nose on another because of facial structure, other features, etc.
Yeah, I think that's why it's so important to go to someone really really good. Mine was a leader in the field, and he made a really small adjustment that just brought my face into balance a little better, and my newer nose looks a lot like my father's nose. So not a huge shift but enough that I felt much better and my face looked more pleasant.
