Rich students who are relatively social.
From Louisiana/TX/the South, and from the NE -- especially NYC and surrounding environs.

TCU: 14 applied, 12 accepted. For the admitted students, the SAT range is 1170-1430, average of 1325; GPA range is 3.14-3.96, average of 3.5.
Sewanee: 2 applied, 2 accepted. Average SAT = 1435, average GPA = 3.5
Tulane: 57 applied, 22 accepted. For the admitted students, the SAT range is 1180-1570, average of 1370; GPA range is 3.13-4.29, average GPA = 3.7
As a reference, the average GPA of the graduating class is typically around 3.7.
