I use it for my Achilles tendon injury (hurts like the dickens but it helps) and my college athlete son uses it to pound out tightness in his back where he has had old injuries. It’s just much more efficient than a foam roller or a ball.

Very much worth it as a runner who runs a lot ~50-60 mpw. I actually would have never bought it myself, but my wife got it for me as a holiday gift 6 years ago and it's been great.

Is a Theragun or other massage gun worth it? I’m active and have no injuries. I use a foam roller and lacrosse ball but otherwise don’t want too many gadgets.
