Yes, they are already made or being finalized. Dartmouth sent an email stating that the decisions are being finalized.

Brown is unique in that IDOC requests are a "tell" of admission for people requesting financial aid. (This is not true at most schools, but it's unique to Brown.) Of my son's friend group there, kids (not legacy, questbridge, or athletes) got the request as quickly as two weeks after app was turned in and as late as days before decisions released. So it is rolling.

Quest bridge matching for Ivies was announced on Tuesday so those are definitely finalized. Reruited athletes signed their commitment letters in the last the last few weeks as well.

Probably not, but I'm pretty sure the 1–5 ratings (or whatever system used) have been assigned to each app and special comments, if any, have been added. In addition, I think apps have gone into the "sure accept" (e.g., recruited athletes, big donors, questbridge), "sure reject" (e.g., SAT 1200 or below, GPA 3.0 or below, and "let's take another look" piles. The process is that some percentage (50%-75%?) of applications are read by the contracted reviewers and regional reps and rejected off the top. Then the rest are sent to committee and actually discussed.
I assume the first cuts have been made and now they're starting the committee process.

I think 95% acceptance are filled. The remaining 5% will be finalized next week.

I doubt they make all the decisions on the same day. They’ve probably decided a lot of the easy cases (probably including that athlete somebody knows), but are still sorting out the closer cases.
