Subject: Anyone have a middle schooler take Spanish during the summer?

This would not work as your child needs those credits to pass the grade. Maybe try a daily tutor instead? Lots of affordable online options.
MCPS does not hold middle school students back.

My child is in Spanish 3B and may need to leave his immersion program during the year due to a work-related move. But, wants the ability to complete 3B in the summer. Ever see MCPS allow a middle schooler take a high school class?
All of the MCPS summer school information says that only rising 9th-12th can take the HS courses.
Are you leaving school completely in the spring?
Why can't 3B continue?
