The R party has been known to not treat the females in their party equally. Women are not taken seriously. These women are fools.

Wow. Who would have predicted for these R women who embraced MAGA that if one joins the leopard-eating faces club, one should not be surprised when the leopard does, in fact, eat one's face. It is interesting to me that the people most willing to take on Trump have been women---Pelosi, Liz Cheney, Lisa Murkowski and now apparently the defiance is spreading to the female MAGA acolytes. Better late than never, ladies!

The weird thing about this spontaneous utterance is that I looked at the reporter in question. (Everyone should look up her photo). There is nothing, NOTHING that would cause any observer to say the word “piggy” (Piggy is a very 1930s word, by the way). That makes me think, does this man call everyone “piggy.”? Is this from a book he read ? Is everyone “garbage piggy” when he gets “mad”?

He is an odd man, no doubt. He uses his odd, old words. He also has a pattern of just saying things acting quickly.

A lot of these enforcement actions are named after victims. (First and last name): That is also weird.

The reason why we have a very slow and methodical legal system is that everyone knows that individuals human make poor decisions when they are emotionally upset.

I don’t know. The more I look at this the more it feels like Intentional Frenzy.

Could the GOP lose the house before 2026 because enough of its female reps quit?

That would be quite the legacy for Trump/Johnson

Noteworthy that so many women have a problem with Johnson, an evangelical Levitican who has completely backward views about women. Who could have predicted this?

who would have thought some dude who monitors his kid's porn usage and who "fostered" a grown man while in his early 20's would have an issue with women

No Massie? Pence, Romney, McConnell?

I agree that Chump is a lame duck already and MAGA is falling apart.

But, interesting how all those cites direct to women authors. Makes you wonder whether this is a way to sow discord in creating a divisive narrative by certain interest groups. Especially when the people that have opposed Chump have mostly been men, many in higher positions of authority or distinguishment than these members of congress.

Are some Republicans trying to locate their morals and their brains? Not surprised the revolt is coming from GOP females.

Republican Anger Erupts at Johnson as Party Frets About Future

https://www.nytimes.com/2025/12/03/us/politics/republican-women-speaker-johnson.html

Representative Elise Stefanik of New York called Speaker Mike Johnson a habitual liar.

Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina has told people she is so frustrated with the Louisiana Republican and sick of the way he has run the House — particularly how women are treated there — that she is planning to huddle with Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia next week to discuss following her lead and retiring early from Congress.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna of Florida has gone around Mr. Johnson in a bid to force a vote he has declined to schedule on a bill to ban members of Congress from stock trading.

Less than a year out from midterm elections in which Republicans’ vanishingly small majority is at stake, Mr. Johnson’s grasp on his gavel appears weaker than ever, as members from all corners of his conference openly complain about his leadership. Some predict that he may not last as the speaker for the rest of this term.

Republican women, in particular, have been publicly challenging Mr. Johnson and taking issue with his priorities and his style.
