When my kid went to a mall birthday party last year she said the girls went to Sephora, A&F, and Gap.

My 13yo loves Dicks, she’s not really a shopper unless it’s sports related.
Hanging out with friends she like going to our local rec center, occasionally RIO to wander around, or having friends over to hang out.

Walmart has Justice in the girls section now.

Actually one of my local Walmarts still has a Claire's in it (I guess a few remained open?) but Claire's does still have some brick and mortars so maybe google your area (I"m not local).

My tween loves Ulta.

When my girls were tweens they loved going to places like Justice and Claire’s. I heard they recently closed so what do tweens do these days? Are there any places geared for this particular age?
