Or, does it not say that anywhere and in the end the BOE can do whatever they want? I just want assurance that it will be one of these options.

There are no assurances whatsoever in any of this. Manage your anxiety in another way.

We'll know what Taylor recommends in early February. The board will vote in late March.

The board voting is silly as they will just rubber stamp this and all agree, even the ones not agreeing.

And so in early Feb, when the rug gets pulled out from under you/your cluster, it's too late. BOE will rubber stamp it.

Or Montoya will put forward an alternative option, and it won't get enough votes to pass.

They have been very clear that these are all options and considerations. They do not need to pick from these options.

I’m sure any option presented so far has some intended flaws just to be able have rooms to fix for the superintendent recommendation.

The opposite is true. They can make whatever changes they like. Why?

I think if the BOE makes changes it will be a small adjustment that doesn't have wide ranging impacts because they don't have the staff or resources to develop a completely new option.

Of course they don't have to choose one of the options. The superintendent will make a recommendation in February--which could be one of these options or something else--and then the BOE decides whether to accept it or not. If they don't, they can say what they do want.
