Is that first bite enjoyable, OP?
Because I know two people (my mother and my best friend) who eat like birds and have always been underweight. They get full after a very small portion of food. They do enjoy the first few bites! But after that it's "meh" and they stop. They've always been that way and neither have anorexia or anxiety about body image.
Maybe your expectations of what it means to "eat" needs to be reframed as quality vs quantity. If those two people in my life don't like the food at the table, they're not going to eat it. They'd rather skip that meal, because to them, that's not a problem at all. You're sounding like them. It seems they've got their Mounjaro built in
However, it is strange that you aren't losing more weight despite not eating much. Something doesn't add up in that quarter. Maybe you should temporarily keep a calorie journal and track your weight to see what's going on.
