A parent referral is not dependent on a score. Every year, AARTs and the AAP office tell parents not to wait for the CogAT. Nothing has changed now that the test is the NGAT. Submit the referral by Dec 15.
you clearly missed out that I mentioned that AART did say it will be sometime in January. Its up to OP to decide whether or not to contact the AART. If you dont want to contact its your decision . you cant say not to send advice to OP to contact AART.
