Coming from a fellow 40+ IVF’er, IVF at age 42 is generally really hard because of egg quality and aneuploid rate. I would not be really concerned about your AMH. That’s pretty normal for your age. Just be mentally, emotionally, and financially prepared for the potential of several rounds.

My AMH was .16 and I still got pregnant (age 35). AMH is supposed to show egg quantity but your age is more likely to affect quality.

You have a lower ovarian reserve but that doesn’t mean that you can’t ovulate a good egg. Focus on lowering oxidative stress and creating the best follicular environment for your eggs to mature in. I was turned onto the vitamin and COQ10 linked here. Start taking them right away and be consistent for the next year. Go see a fertility specialist if you aren’t pregnant in 4 months. https://theralogix.com/products/theranatal-ovavite-preconception-vitamin?srsltid=AfmBOopmsSCRoczGBUAi__LLacLauoo750yj4Yh_twy7TIh-VUTjVsOR

I’m 42 and AMH at .715. Is all hope lost for a third baby? Generally in great health, no major issues.
