Pre COVID I was half time in the office, half WFH—this was an arrangement specific to me (most people were FT in office). Post Covid, more than half the staff are fully remote, because people were allowed to move away during the shutdown, and then more and more people were hired into remote positions. But those of us who live in the area of the office all have to go in two days a week.

There’s no way I would go to work in an office until my kid is in high school.

4 days in office, 1 day at home, same schedule as I had pre-covid. Prefer to have 3 days at home, 2 in office.

I was hybrid before the pandemic and maybe did 1-2 days at home/week, now I have the same status but I go into the office maybe 1x/week or every couple weeks - my job has a global scope so it’s not like anyone cares or notices

Nope. Fed. Went back hybrid a couple years ago, then switched to a fully remote job that was a great next step. Now I report to an empty office in another agency building 5 days a week.

I was running a fully remote company before COVID so no change.

Hybrid. 2 days in.

We just got bought though and our new owners want fully remote so they don't have to pay for office space.

Hybrid. I work in the office 3-4 days per week.

I'm a fed and was hybrid, WFH 2 to 4 days/week, since 2011. Now RTO 5 days a week.

DH is a contractor and is hybrid, WFH 4 days/week, which is what he has been doing since 2021.

Everybody else on my block is private sector and fully remote. We're the only commuters on the street.

Not in DMV, corporate, hybrid supposed to be 3 days a week in office T-R, there are always rumblings about full RTO

Many of us move from building/facility to other buildings/facilities during the workday. We also do international calls from home outside US business hours. We had some flexibility before the pandemic wfh.

I work from home three days a week pre-Covid.

Since the psychopath took office, I had to go into the office every day of the week for a few months and then enough people quit that they said we could have two days a week.

Hybrid - three days in, two out. It works okay. Would prefer two in, three out, but it definitely affords flexibility.

Did you go back to the office, hybrid or working from home?
