I do not like gimmick appliances except for my tiny and inexpensive hard-boiled egg cooker. It makes perfect soft and hard-boiled eggs.

My kids did not really need anything. So I was thinking of consumables. Really expensive shampoo, conditioners, other grooming, products, etc..

And then of course, cash. Cash is always king.

My 20 year old needs new noise canceling headphones, so I'm getting him some Beats.

If he gets an apartment with roommates next semester, he'll probably need a minimum of house stuff. Previously he was in a dorm on campus.

My kid: He’s a year out of college, living with roommates. Works and goes to grad school locally.

Likes:
—Local sports teams, Caps, Wizards, Commanders, Nats
—Gym/Weightlifting
—Gaming
—Movies
—His girlfriend

Not a big drinker or foodie, but is open to all sorts of cuisine. Could always use more clothes, but doesn’t have a ton of space in his place. Not in the market for home or kitchen stuff just yet given his current living situation (beyond stuff like new sheets and towels that are just for him).

So far, getting him:
—New jeans
—Aforementioned new sheets and towels
—Hokas he specifically requested
—1-year movie passes for the 2 of them (Look Cinemas at Tyson’s has a really good deal right now and that’s their go-to theater)

He’s a December baby, so my list is doing double-duty. We’ll probably get him some Caps tickets as well. Maybe a new jersey for his favorite player.
