What about tutoring law school students? There are several law schools in the area. Do schools employ tutors — or is this something you could do freelance?

You didn’t say, so I’m assuming that looking for a side gig means that you’re not available during standard business hours. If my assumption is incorrect, you might want to mention it — since more opportunities might be available if your time is flexible.
