I make it at home. Wegmans is the only reliable place in the dmv for curds. Frozen fries in the air fryer, Shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and packaged chicken gravy. You can also make it with ground beef and beef gravy to mix it up.
I do this once or twice a month.

Was just in Montreal and went to a 24-hour restaurant focused on poutine that served 30+ poutine varieties, and it was the food that my kids loved most in Canada.
The surprising hit for my family was a vegetarian version with veg gravy, cheese curds and an onion, cornichon, veggie sausage topping, but we also liked a more traditional meatier version.
