Congrats! Internist recommended moving down dosages on a two week cycle. At lowest dose stretch to 10 days, then 12, then 14. I’m currently at the 12 day cycle stage. I lost very slowly and backing off very slowly as well.

I have reached my goal weight. Woohoo!

I’m on a compounded semaglutide. If you are too, what did you settle on taking as your weekly dose after you reached goal weight? I feel like I want to stay on it a little while longer through the Christmas season.
