You can return to your regular activities the next day (office work, school pickup, doing laundry, going to Target)

The bruising and inflammation is variable but should be gone in 7-9 days. This is cosmetic and in no way limits your activities. You can wear sunglasses if you wish until the bruising can be covered by concealer.

So “I don’t have time” is not a valid excuse.

Ok, youre motivating me! Tell me more. What did it look like before? And afterwards? Did you have anything else done? And cost?

I am doing both and have noticed a pretty significant difference.

Not OP, but would love links to the red light mask and/or brushes (and a link to your lymphatic massage if there is one). Although I've heard red light therapy is good, I've also heard there are a lot of fakes masks that don't actually work.

There's no alternative for surgery, OP. You need to make time for it, that's all. Don't waste your money doing anything else.

If the heat kicked on in the past week or two like it did for many, the air is much drier, so everything can look or feel worse. I’ve noticed it, too.

It’s trite, but drinking more water than usual can help, along with less caffeine, getting more sleep, etc (don’t kill me).

No 7 Pure Retinol for Eyes gets some nice reviews online. I haven’t tried it, but in my experience, their products tend to be effective yet on the gentler side.

Also was just reading this, semi-on topic (from 2023):

PP, how much is bleph surgery in the market you’re in?

I took a week off of work for a vacation and had it done.

Red light therapy - specifically the mask that targets the area around the eyes. You have to use it daily though. Have you also tried lymphatic massage of your face in the mornings? Aside from sagging everywhere, I have lines and puffy bags under my eyes that really age me. Along with a nose that seems to be getting bigger, I look awful.

What can I do that isn’t a full face lift or surgery? I’ve tried two sessions of microneedling which cost around 5500k for very modest results.

Anyone find something to help?
