Keep the lights out, stay in bed, enjoy the coziness of laying in a warm bed in a dark room.
How old are you? A sleepless night or two is one thing but night after night is a drain on the body and mind. Ask me how I know.
OK, sorry that I’m not as old as you are, but I did experience PTSD after a car crash that killed my friend, and wasn’t able to sleep for a few years. Thus, the therapy. But you are really wise and know more than me because you’re older, so I’ll just shut up and sit at your feet and listen to your more important life experience.
