Yes I developed a huge crush on my surgeon when I had to have surgery. Even when it was happening, I understood that it was sort of a psychological trick -- I was in a huge amount of pain and he was going to get rid of my pain, he was very kind to me during a very difficult time in my life, and also I was completely vulnerable to him during surgery. But even though I understood why it was happening it was super embarrassing to feel that way about my doctor.

To this day I wonder if I said anything inappropriate to him or anyone else on the staff while going under or while waking up (zero memory of either). I am sure it happens, even if I didn't. Now I think back on it and feel so embarrassed by the whole thing.

Yes, I had a mild interest in one of my husband's brothers for a short while, as well as a friend's husband. Both were easy to ignore - they didn't even come up to crush level.

Thank you for saying this. I say it all the time and people don’t agree with me.
I am attracted to my sons and nephews.
I can’t control it. It’s not my fault. I have not acted on it.

No, not going to say anything either, if I am bi it's only for one guy.

If we're counting medical professionals, I was really into the nurse my wife saw during pregnancy.

Never physically. But there have been men who I grew attracted to because I liked their personalities. Nothing happened though.

Yes. Psychiatrist. For many years.

At times I've thought it likely to be mutual, but we've never spoken of it and have certainly never acted on it.

Yes! And more frequently than I’d like. It passes quickly though. I love my spouse and wouldn’t act on it.
