All the recent grads I know are employed. Might depend on where you graduate from as some colleges have excellent recruitment from the top employers while others may just draw local companies or don’t have much recruitment at all.

Is it getting hard to get one of these this year? It feels like there are very few entry level options. How is your college student finding the job search?
