Cherry pie!
Store bought pie dough, can of cherry filling, brush top with egg or milk and sprinkle on sugar. Whip up some heavt cream for a topping. Easier than going to a bakery to pick one up.

Or a galette. Just use store bought pie crust (Trader Joe's or Dufour).

I make this Real Simple chocolate cream pie every year. I use cool whip for the topping and sometimes use Oreo crust, sometimes graham cracker crust. It is heaven and I have to make two for my family. No bake, just refrigerate:

I make pumpkin cookies which will have a maple glaze. Need another dessert and don’t want lots of steps. Would love to make the cranberry curd tart in NY times but don’t have time. What are your family’s easy favorites?
