You're welcome! Also wanted to add that instead of vodka you can mix with Seltzer and make a mocktail for those who prefer!

Bourbon. Up. Done and done.

Cranberry 75
1 oz gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz cran juice
3 oz prosecco

Autumn in New England Cocktail:
4-6 Sage Leaves
25oz - Maple Syrup

Muddle sage & maple in small tin. Add
.25oz - Apple Cider Vinegar
1oz - Apple cider
2oz - Bourbon

Shake with ice and double strain into DOF over large cube. Garnish with sage.

Some folks don't add the vinegar. It can be left out, but I think that the added acid balances the drink. Perfect Thanksgiving cocktail.

Bourbon and ginger ale.

I serve sparkling wine with a spoonful of homemade cranberry sauce at the bottom of each glass. It's perfect every time. You can mix, or just leave it to mix as you drink. I don't strain, and love eatting the bit of pulp at the end of each glass.

I make my Paloma's with vodka to keep the crew from getting too wild.

Lime on the rim of glass or cranberry on a stick for garnish

I thought this sounded good (from one of the “Kirstie’s [Allsopp] Handmade Christmas” episodes:

Spiced Pear Martini Recipe
This festive cocktail incorporates the warmth of ginger and cloves with pear and maple syrup.
Ingredients:
50ml pear vodka
15ml maple or agave syrup
10ml ginger liqueur
20ml lemon juice
A sprinkle of ground cloves
Sliced pear and hopped crystallised ginger to garnish
Instructions:
Combine all liquid ingredients and ground cloves in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pear and crystallised ginger.
