If you don't want Wicked 2, the Now You See Me sequel is at least probably entertaining and unlikely to have objectionable content.

Zootopia 2 is out next week. I enjoyed the first one as an adult so... maybe? It's fund world building.

Also for the posters saying they'd show their kid whatever, based on the pluralization I'd guess someone else's kid would be invited and, that is not a time to push the envelope.

If you wait until Thanksgiving there will be more. The Rental Family looks cute.

Thanks for this. Hadn't heard of The Rental Family. Just watched the trailer with my 13yo. Looks good. (NP)

I agree. We don’t censor art, especially when it’s quality.

So awkward to be a 13 year old sitting next to your parents during a graphic sex scene. Even a quality one.

Game of Thrones is art. Very good art and I’m still censoring it for a younger teen.

Not so sure i agree that it is

Pulp Fiction is one of the original Quentin Tarantino movies. Quality is there but I wouldn’t want a 13 year old seeing it.

It depends on the child too. I was at the movies with a friend at about 14 years old. There was a shootout where bullets were flying and killing. I had to leave the theatre. Other kids were fine. You know your child the best.

Dumb take. As I tell my kid when she wants to look at my screen, it's not that you can't see it but it's not "for" you so you wouldn't enjoy it. Lots of good movies are too adult-centered to interest a young teen.

Plus, OP is presumably trying to plan a birthday or similar party, and you don't invite a bunch of young teens to an unrated art film and expect their parents to be okay with it.

Wicked 2? That's the obvious one.
