I agree with all the advice so far. If you can’t find the info on their website, call! A helpful staffer will usually know the “planned” date and is generally happy to share (with the caveat it could change, fair enough for us!). We also found Admitted Students days to be more extensive and gave a better picture of the whole environment.
Remember, admissions is about you convincing them they want you/DC; admitted day is about them convincing you to actually pick them to spend your $100K+ with. 🥹
