Nothing at all 365 days a year. I usually slept nude just in the summer when I was a kid and I’d go back to pjs when school started. Then the September I started 7th grade I just continued to sleep nude into the fall, then the winter, and my parents had no problem with it. So that’s what it’s been ever since.

When DH was living, we slept nude unless we had guests.

When it's to hot in the summer, I wear a very lightweight top. The rest of the year, it's cotton nightgowns. When it's very cold, it's flannel pyjamas and hot water bottle.

I wear a pajama set with shorts and a cami from Primark. I have two sets that are the same except one is pink and one is blue.
I wish I could wear regular pajamas, especially now that it is colder, but longer pants set off my RLS.
