If that's your worry - remove collar when you get home? (I keep them on, but my dogs are relatively calm inside, my main concern is that they could bolt out of the door/jump fence without collar/tag; YMMV)

I also only do martingale for my dogs. I like Max & Neo - plenty of colors (there are some patterns too), reflective strips, lockable claps

Oh, and I do wash collars and leashes, they get dirty fasts, especially in the Fall

My dog only wears a martingale type collar as recommended by the trainer.

You need to know their neck circumference. It’s not precise because collars are adjustable, but you need to be close to accurate.

I like these: https://www.theartfulcanine.com/plaid-dog-collars/

Size is the most important. Like, critical.

Collars are a low-risk expense and shouldn't be washed. Just chuck them and get new ones. So just pick out a variety.

They are mixed breeds from a shelter. They aren't huge. Made 40, 45 lbs? Her fav color (I think) is purple.

My sister-- who LOVES her dogs--has a birthday coming up. She recently remarked how the collars she now has are getting tattered. I made a mental note and now it's time to shop. I tried on my own, but I got shopping paralysis --- too many choices---so I am not seeking help so I don't go insane and spend hours looking. Can you please help me if you like scrolling and looking for fashionable pet items? I would be soever grateful!

Her dogs are gray and black.
She likes matching collars.
She likes fancy (?) not sure that's the right word. Her current ones have flowers on them.
They need to be reflective.
They need to be washable.

I don't own dogs but my neighbor does. I asked her but the only thing she mentioned is that some collars are odor-free and to get those (?)

Any bored people out there who want to help???
