I just want to know how to reach a human at Apple.com to negate the credit charges. They are not linked to anyone’s account.
What are the charges? Like, what does your credit card statement say they are? Do they look different than the regular charge that you usually see (sometimes the wording is slightly different). Is the phone number attached to them the same as the phone number attached to a legitimate charge (my credit card shows the company, phone number, etc for most items on our statement if we click on them for details). That might help someone help you identify what exactly is going on.
