She liked it so much that she asked for a different color, apparently she got multiple compliments on it.

Why don't you splurge with the teal Lululemon version of whatever poor quality dupe she requested. She will be thrilled.

My 11 yo niece asked me for an oversized hoodie or Lulu dupe top for Christmas. She sent me a link to an amazon sweatshirt as an idea but looking at the reviews it looks to be horrible quality. She enjoys shopping and cute clothes however that is defined by the middle school standards of the day. She is about 5'2 but still child weight so could do either child or women's sizes. She is fun to shop for and generally likes everything she gets but I would love some specific ideas. She likes pink, off white, yellow. Last year I did Ugg knockoff tasman slippers and she loved those.
