6 MG Asorbica (accutane) a day for 6 months

If you google it you can read the medical research that supports it.

My dermatologist recommended it after the traditional route didn’t work for me (topical retin A, freezing them off etc)

My skin never looked better. While I was on the treatment I truly had perfect skin and stopped wearing makeup all together. It was amazing. Once you get off the accutane, your pores and minor imperfections come back, but there is definitely a lasting improvement.

I noticed that several of mine had largely faded away after several years of daily low-concentration retinol and exfoliation with AHAs about twice a month. (That's about all my skin can tolerate in terms of topical actives.)

I had mine frozen, it healed and came right back. Retin A doesn't do a thing for it. Sounds like maybe laser?

I had them lasered off. $150 each. Takes about a week to heal. Dr Thomas Adrian in NW DC.

My derm treated mine with a needle, essentially "popping" them. My face was a mess for a week or so and everything healed and did not come back.

My Derm said micro dosing accutane works.

Topicals don’t really work for these. Cauterization can work. Laser, too.

“Surgery” and doc visit aside, what worked for you? Retin-A… I heard of hydrogen peroxide but anything else?
