Amazon has inflatable wedge pillows. They work pretty well. We used them for offloading pressure on a back wound but I think they would work for the purpose you need as well.

can anyone recommend a pillow for travelling? I usually elevate myself at home. I will be sharing a room. I will use nose strips but please recommend a easy pillow to elevate myself and can fit in the suitcase etc.
