I received leave lump sum payout middle of October, no interim annuity yet. I'm hoping soon.

Subject: State Dept VERA - interim annuity and leave payout?
Anyone from State who did VERA, retiring Oct 1, start to receive their partial annuity payment and/or the annual leave payout? I had received the final paperwork and estimates, but my guess is that maybe that package didn’t get to OPM before the shutdown? Just trying to get a sense of what others are experiencing.
