They are both good. We have Ceasarstone and Silestone in various places in the house and no problems with either. I'll admit I like the look of the one Silestone counter a little bit better than the similar ones from Ceasarstone - just a slightly better design even though it's almost identical. But I don't think you can go wrong with either of your choices.
