My son had a very good experience playing 10u and learned a lot several years ago. Teams were very competitive even at that age. We just signed him up again for extra reps and practice while his AAU team is on winter pause (can’t beat the price).

The DC gyms hosting teams usually start up with open gyms in week nights and sometimes on Saturdays. You should bring your DC to one and speak with the coaches.
