I knew someone would say something like that. Or, that I am indoctrinating them. I teach a CTE class.
That’s why I asked about the subject. You get a pass. Core subjects shouldn’t.

I am a high school teacher in Arlington. I have plenty of textbooks and I can use them with students whenever I want, but I find that pulling from them and adding other resources in is much more interesting.

Not many. I think they may be an option at time, but my kid doesn't like them.

It depends on the class. My kid has a textbook for AP US History, for example. He’s had them in the past for math— not sure about this year. Some classes have digital/online textbooks.

My kids are not in high school yet, but I’ve heard friends outside of APS complain that there are limited textbooks in high schools. Is this true for APS?
