You only need to move a day, and you have a few weeks. Do this weeks shot 12 hours early— Thursday morning. Do next weeks shot another 12 hours early— Wednesday night. By Thanksgiving week you can do any time on Wednesday that works, and you’ll be set for your new schedule.

Nbd to take it one day early. I have done that. I won’t travel with mine either.

If you do the shot one day early (Wednesday) stay at current dosage and plan to increase at the next shot. If you opt to take it a day later (Friday), then go up a dosage if you are ready to do that.

Moving up or back a day is no big deal.

Definitely no big deal, I switch around days all the time based on increase and now decreased dose.

Not a big deal. My provider told me that as long as there is at least 72 hours or so between shots, it's fine to occasionally switch days due to travel or whatever.

OP here, and typically, I'd just do it late a day every week to move it but my ideal day really is Wednesday versus my current Thursday so it seems to make sense to do a day early particularly on such a low dose.

I moved myself up from Tuesday to Saturday over the course of a month and had no issues. I knew I needed to do the dose before going away and I was leaving super early Sunday morning. If you’re nervous just don’t go up in dose but I don’t think it will make any noticeable difference.

Just do it on Wednesday and delay going up a dose until the next week

I am currently on a starting dose, which I give myself on Thursday nights. Thanksgiving should be my first dose at a higher level. I very much do not want to travel with the medicine or have to give it to myself at my (skinny and judgy) aunt's house. Wednesday would be my preferred day. I was thinking about just giving myself either the old dose, one day early that week (after 4 weeks of starting dose) or half way between the old dose and the new dose one day early. Does this sound fine? I also have doses 3 and 4 at the starting level still to take so I could maybe do dose 3 on Thursday morning instead of night and then dose 4 on Wednesday night and then still go up the following week?
