Ok, then I will have to take leave anyway.
One of main reasons I have so many use-or-lose hour --- DRP, due to the number of departures (around 1/3), the current staff is stretched thin.
I was planning to use my remaining leave hours between October and December.
Now due to shutdown, we have more work to complete (catch up on some tasks), taking significant time off is quite difficult right now. But I will take leave anyway, if there is no leave restoration.
