My 7 year old like cool clothes and accessories, legos, football, soccer ball, basketball m, money, gift card, squashmallows or stuffies. Really sporty kid

I also have a seven year old boy and agree with Legos being a safe bet. Lego cars where they can play with the finished product are especially good.

I posted legos above, but yes, I love these as gifts because it's hard to know their specific interests but they can build 3 different things, which most kids like.

Give Target gift receipt also. That way if it's redundant, they can exchange it.

agree with lego - if you don't know interests, I like to get the creator ones where you can rebuild them as different things.

Looking for broad strokes here - what are some "90% of boys would like this" ideas? I have a girl and feel comfortable shopping for girl's presents in this age bracket but I'm not sure what the boys are up to, and this is for a kid we're not in a class with anymore so she can't ask him in person. Pokemon? Minecraft? Legos? Dinosaurs?

Ideas welcome; would prefer not to do a gift card. Somewhere in the $20-25 range preferred.
