Do you mean Zofran, which is a medication often given to chemo patients? Good lord OP, stop posting on DCUM and ask your doctor, particularly about a very basic question you have about drug interactions.

That wasn't OP.

I'm OP and obviously haven't had time to message my doctor, but my two doctors both know I am on these meds simultaneously. And I don't see any contraindications noted anywhere when I read up on side effects. That doesn't mean it's not possible though

OP you should ask your doctor about any potential drug interaction, not DCUM.

That said, I was on Zepbound for several months without issue and before getting hit with nausea and associated effects. My diet hadn't changed. I ended up quitting.

Have your doc check your gallbladder and look for other obvious issues

Yes, talk to your doctor but you could also call your pharmacy to ask if Paxil and Mounjaro together cause this side effect.

Did you talk to your doctor OP? I've been on it for just a few months and it has not made me nauseous at all.

My mom has been on a few different GLP 1 for the past 3 yrs for diabetes and just had to stop altogether bc she gets explosive diarrhea 3 days after the shot now, like clockwork. Tried switching meds and lowering dose, and still having same symptoms. She was symptom free until the last 3 months.

I was on Wegovy for a year and seeing the box made me want to throw up. I had to stop.

This happened to DH. He had to get off of it after being on it successfully for nine months. He's trying Ozempic now.

I was just thinking- I've been on Zepbound just about 4 weeks, and the first couple of days I was definitely nauseous but then it went away. Today, 3 days after my 4th dose, I almost vomited after one bite of dinner. Not sure what's going on but it's annoying.

For me it's always been like that on Ozempic. Before this I never threw up ever. Even when pregnant.

I’ve been on it for over a year, and although it made me nauseous at times, this is far worse.

I started Paxil for anxiety a few months ago. Could they be interacting?
