I also found Wyzant helpful - you can screen tutors and aren’t obligated for more than one session if they aren’t good. your kid should send the assignment they want to work on in advance. The tutor should upload it and mark it up on screen. Your kid should take screen shots in addition to notes.
I would NOT recommend Varisty Tutors. You have no control over tutor selection and the ones we got were atrocious.
