Would it be okay if it were the head of a private equity firm or private corporation? Not defending the exorbitant amount but I don't see all this anger and handwringing about other such people who are bigger scumbags than Elon, and those people also fund or otherwise lend technical assistance to foreign armies that commit war crimes.
