Mixed bag. Not usually the highest ranking / high performers but some age groups have started to perform better in years past. Owner seems to have really gotten themselves together- organized, strong early slate of coaches made up of a lot of HS coaches vs recent / younger near term college players. Brought on a big beach program that seemed way too overpriced for the offering and outcomes but robust. After the 1s team the quality is hugely variable but so are many others. Infrastructure is a big deal with that many teams.

We are also new to Loudoun Elite and would be interested in people’s opinions about them.

We are new to that club and at the 12 and under level. My DD is excited but reading this board makes me wonder if I should temper expectations for how good they will be (she is already blocking our family calendar for nationals LOL).
Any experiences or thoughts?
