nonprofits for sure, there are also alot of association policy internships to be had.

My DS was also a foreign affairs/public policy major. He did two association internships in policy and two internships on the Hill. He is now a staff assistant in the Senate hoping to work his way up.

My kid is majoring in Foreign Affairs and Public Policy. Can you recommend some off the beaten path internship opportunities. She is applying to internships on the Hill, and some government agencies. Any private sector suggestions?
